Fred Bart
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
A director since 5 September 2000. He has been Chairman and Managing Director of numerous private companies since 1980, specialising in manufacturing, property and marketable securities. Mr Bart is also Chairman of Immunovative Therapies Limited, an Israeli company involved in in the manufacture of cancer vaccines for the treatment of most forms of cancer. He is a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Cheryl Sarah Bart AO BCom, LLB

Appointed to the Board on 26 November 2001. Cheryl Bart is a lawyer and company director. She is non-executive director of SG Fleet Australia Limited, ME Bank, Invictus Games Sydney 2018, Prince’s Charities of Australia, Football Federation of Australia (FFA), Ted X Sydney and the Australian Himalayan Foundation. She is immediate past director of ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation), SA Power Networks (formerly ETSA Utilities), Spark Infrastructure Limited, and the Local Organising Committee of the 2015 Australian Asian Cup. She is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Patron of SportsConnect and a member of Chief Executive Women. She is a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
Mark Ureda

Mr. Ureda brings to the company extensive executive experience in audio systems, technology trends and product strategies. In 2010 he joined Harman International as president of JBL Professional. He subsequently served as VP/CTO and then senior vice president of Harman Professional. He retired in 2018 and joined Biamp Systems as executive advisor and continues to serve on the boards of Loud Audio and Bose Professional.
Prior to joining Harman, Mr. Ureda was senior vice president of corporate strategy at Northrop Grumman specializing in mergers and acquisitions and held board positions at Navia Aviation AS, and Remotec UK Limited.

Daniel Lewin
Founder/Chief Executive Officer; is a twenty?five year veteran of Silicon Valley with extensive experience, in management sales and marketing and business development within the semiconductor, electronic hardware, software and communications industries. Danny has facilitated countless joint ventures and distribution channels by and between small to large companies around the globe, with a particular emphasis on collaboration with Asia Pacific based companies. Danny has led funding activities for a number of companies raising over USD$25 million from institutional, strategic and private investors. Over his career Danny has played vital founding, managerial and Director roles for a number of hi?tech companies including TerraFirma Technology Alliance (TFLtd), a firm supporting Israeli high?tech companies achieve critical mass; Transvirtual Technologies Inc., a Silicon Valley, tier?one venture capital backed company that developed a highly advanced operating system for consumer appliances; ATI a high-tech distance learning company oriented at the Automotive industry and Pneumatic Intelligence Corporation, a privately held company established with Japanese partners in the field of electromechanical component distribution, and the design and fabrication of automation controls and equipment for the semiconductor industry.
Yuval Cohen
Founder/Chief Technology Officer; was the CTO of Be4 Ltd, a company he established in 1998 that produced and sold advanced audio sound solutions primarily for the mobile industry. Yuval is the holder of three patents with several more pending in the field of digital signal sound processing and psychoacoustics. His domain of expertise is highly regarded among the many conglomerate companies. Formally Yuval served in senior technical positions at a variety of companies including as specialist to Danikol Electronics Ltd., which specialises in the design and construction of acoustic rooms and home theatre systems. Yuval studies physics in the Technion and is the recipient of a design excellence award from Matlab (the leading development platform for digital signal processing). He served with distinction as a Project Officer in the Optronics branch, at the Ordnance Corps Headquarters, IDF.
Eric Harber
Principal Architect Electronics Group; has spent his career bridging the gap between technology and market. Prior to joining Audio Pixels, Eric served as Senior Product Architect, Applications Engineer, Technical Marketing Engineering, and New Product Definition and Design Engineer at Wolfson Microelectronics (London Exchange ? WLF), a global leader in the supply of high performance mixed?signal semiconductors to the consumer electronics market, renowned for high performance audio and ultra low power consumption that are the heart of many of the worlds highest profile digital consumer goods. Eric completed his Masters in Electronics Engineering at The University of Edinburgh.
Havi Shimchovich
Director of Administration, Finance & Human Resources); is seasoned in the administrative intricacies of the high tech industry having worked in, and led all relevant capacities at both Illuminator Ltd, a global developer of emergency recovery enterprise software and at Lahat Ltd, a tier?one import?export distribution house for electronic components. Havi completed a Bachelors degree in Education after serving in a special unit of the Intelligence forces in the IDF. Havi is responsible for management of all the Company’s administration activities, including accounting, administration, purchasing, retirement plan, and human resource functions for the Company, as well as managing banking and vendor relationships.
